Every slice has exactly the same chance of being picked — the draw is equal for all of them. The result comes from your browser's random number generator when you press spin, and nothing on the server changes it afterwards.
How to choose a wheel

Turn on elimination for repeats
If nobody should win twice, switch on elimination mode. The winning slice leaves the wheel after each spin, so the draw always runs on what is left.
